BENEfit Sales Test

The BENEfit Sales Test determines the methodological and professional competence of the salesperson with regard to the following criteria:

  • Self-organization as well as sales technique and methodology
  • Personal conduct and specialist knowledge

Fundamental and subject-specific questions regarding product, market competitive knowledge are posed on a well-founded basis.

The purpose of this test is to determine the general sales knowledge/skills and to show where the test person stands with regard to the 10 sales-relevant topics.

The Sales Test is used, among other things, to disclose deficiencies in the achievement of objectives, to safeguard the selection and evaluation of salespeople and as a basis for development- and promotional measures.

Each sales-related topic comprises 10 questions.

Topics and skill questions are geared to consultative value selling.
