BENEfit Selling Profiler

The BENEfit Selling Profiler makes the characteristics and attitudes to the salespeople transparent and thus supports the alignment with the requirements resulting from the sales strategy.

The BENEfit Selling Profiler analyzes the critical success factors of a salesperson’s profile:

  • Sales philosophy
  • Sales strategy
  • Attitude towards the sales environment

The Selling Profiler is used, among other things, to disclose deficiencies in the implementation of the sales strategy, to perform root cause analyses in case of failure to achieve the sales target, to safeguard the selection of new salespeople and as a basis for development- and promotional measures.
