BENEfit Management Profiler

The BENEfit Management Profiler determines the typical behavior patterns and attitudes that frequently occur in leadership situations. It is suitable for the evaluation of candidates as well as for the development of executives.

The survey only takes approximately 20 minutes and can thus also be expected of very busy feedback providers.

The model forms the basis for specific questions and permits the creation of a target profile with the desired leadership behavior.
